Definition of a member of ACCADA (item 3.1 of the bylaws): “Persons functioning in administrative, managerial, or other specialist support roles (eg., IT, HR, etc.) within clinical departments in Faculties of Medicine at Canadian academic health care centres are eligible for membership in “The Association”.

What is ACCADA?

ACCADA is a national, non-profit organization dedicated to the improvement of the administration of Canadian medical schools and their departments through professional management techniques. We are an organization of clinical academic administrators created by us, and for us. In existence since the early 1990s (when we were called “CAMPS”), we have grown substantially over the years, and now boast members from across Canada.

ACCADA Memberships

ACCADA has implemented a very modest membership fee of $50.00 per annum. Purchase or renew your membership when you register for our annual conference, or by completing the form on this page.

 

Memberships are valid from October to September of each year to coincide with the annual conferences.

The fees ensure that we are able to grow and sustain the activities of ACCADA. Membership fees are used to assist in developing and implementing further communications and outreach activities (e.g., professional development, networking activities and enhanced visibility for ACCADA, etc.).
